When we make an investment in a property, we are not an investor but a residence of that community.
We invest with the following criteria for new acquisitions:
Franchised Properties ( Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham and Hyatt brands only), if non-franchised, it has to be in urban areas only
Valuation has to be between $10 and $20 Million and EBIDTA has to be minimum of $1 Million
Business has to be unencumbered by management and non-unionized
Property has to be located in the North-East of the US
